Discover Our Charming Renovated Apartment, Ideally Located in the Sought-After Albigny District

This idyllic setting allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of Annecy. The lake and beaches are just 50 meters from the accommodation.

This approximately 66 m² (710 sq ft) T3 apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, is situated on the 4th and top floor, with no overlooking neighbors. It welcomes you with exceptional brightness and great functionality.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen open to a very bright living room thanks to its southwest exposure, and a balcony offering a stunning view of the lake and “L’Imperial Palace.”

You will also find two double bedrooms with Queen Size beds, as well as a bathroom.

A bicycle storage room is available for you, allowing you to enjoy the nearby bike paths and explore the magnificent landscapes surrounding the lake.

The privileged location of the apartment in the Albigny district allows you to fully enjoy the numerous nautical and other activities that Annecy offers. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarkets, and the historic city center of Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps.”

Thanks to this proximity, you can easily discover Annecy’s architectural treasures, boutiques, and gastronomic delights. During the summer, public transport is free, making it easy to get around and explore the region at your leisure.
