Almost a boat on the water, about 50 m², this chalet offers 6 beds, divided into one bedroom
upstairs with private balcony overlooking the lake, bathroom, WC and a 140 x 200 bed with a view
splendid on the lake, on the ground floor a second bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, with lake view and large
window, with direct access to the terrace and a boat-type bedroom with 2 beds of 80 x 200, and
finally a second bathroom and independent WC on the ground floor.
A very equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, combined oven and all the necessary KF
kettle, toaster, etc., then a TV corner with a bench seat.
The "Bigorneau" boat and the 2 paddles can be hired at an additional cost, minimum 7 days.

Outside several relaxation areas, a 4-seater sauna at the lake with lake view from August, a relaxation area to lie down together facing the lake, and a terrace with corner sofa and BBQ, table-
aperitif.
From this terrace, you access the pontoon and the lake where a swing sofa takes you
above the water, feet in the water.

The owners put at your disposal at the foot of the chalet, a boat without a license and two
paddles, all for hire for a very decent price.

You benefit from a private car park with 2 places for your cars.

The pontoon is shared with the occupants of the neighboring chalet.

On the shores of Lake Annecy, you will be seduced by this beautiful chalet completely renovated, furnished with taste.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. Table and chairs available on the terrace.

In addition to the many interesting tourist attractions nearby, supervised beaches allow swimming and a range of activities awaits you: tennis, 18-hole golf course, mini-golf, paragliding, water sports, adventure course, hiking. A route dedicated to cyclists connects Annecy to the villages by the lake.
