Magnificent semi-detached house overlooking Lake Annecy, in the village of Doussard.
Sleeps 7, divided into three bedrooms on the first floor with balcony overlooking the lake, a bathroom with bath, and on the ground floor a living room, dining room and kitchen opening onto the terrace.
Situated just a few meters from the cycle path and the beach, this house enjoys an exceptional location.
