Sophisticated villa – Menthon

Hauteclaire overlooks the lake and the hamlet, facing the Massif des Bauges.

Hauteclaire is reached by a small, steep road, and is situated in a peaceful setting on the hillside, in a large garden extended by the forest. Viewed from the lake, it appears below the Dents de Lanfon between the Château and Tournette. It welcomes you for lakeside and mountain breaks in refined comfort. Its extensive facilities include a massage spa and sauna.
The view is spectacular, constantly changing, and fills every escape.

At Hauteclaire, time is first and foremost given over to dreams. Whatever the season, the lights sweep our gaze from one shore of the lake to the other, the vibrations of the air take on all the hues of the sky and blur the contrasts between the lake and the mountain peaks.

The landscape combines with Hauteclaire’s design to create a mirror effect. The sobriety and softness of the tones, from white to grey, contrasts only with the black underlining. The graphics, colours and materials create a feeling of serenity that is further enhanced by the comfort of the equipment.

The village of Menthon Saint Bernard, situated between the other two villages on the eastern shore of the lake, is particularly well preserved. It has been carefully managed to ensure that visitors appreciate its authenticity, heritage and facilities. The heart of the village has retained all its ancient charm. The combe overlooked by the Château de Menthon provides a link between the lake and the mountains. As a result, the village oscillates constantly between these two environments, making it a lively place all year round.

The “Venice of the Alps”, as the old town of Annecy is known, is an active and lively centre with typical Savoyard architecture, complementing Geneva.

The region enjoys an international reputation. It is an Alpine region, situated between the Massif des Bauges, the Semnoz and the town of Annecy on the west side, and the Aravis massif and the Val d’Arly on the east side, with Mont Blanc as a backdrop. The lake-mountain-forest triptych offers exceptional panoramic views. It’s a popular destination for walkers, nature lovers, wildlife experts and top-level sports enthusiasts alike. Within a radius of 50 km, the region boasts a cocktail of natural elements that are often found only in very large areas on other continents, making it a popular destination for both national and international visitors.
