Apartment Theuriet – Lake Annecy

Charming duplex, located in Talloires, 9 km south of Annecy.
Talloires is considered the prettiest village on the shores of the lake.
The apartment is in an old house, in the very heart of the village, a few minutes walk from its beaches and its small marina.
The village has on-site basic necessities shops. So you can also do your shopping on foot.
Furnished in a personal and warm way, in the spirit of a Savoyard village house. In particular, there are old-fashioned wooden floors and its small balcony in front accommodates a table and two chairs for romantic dinners for two outdoors.
Its two bedrooms enjoy a lovely view of the mountains.
On the main level, accessible by a private staircase:
A hallway entrance,
The living room lit by a double French window onto a small balcony,
The kitchen, independent equipped with: double sink with mixer tap, fridge with freezer, four-plate electric cooker, with oven, washing machine, cupboards.
The master bedroom (queen-size bed, 1m80 for two people), with its bathroom lit by an opening window, comprising: A closed shower, a designer sink, a toilet, cupboard and shelves.
On the upper level, accessible by a steep internal staircase:
A small furnished attic bedroom (two single beds), with a small bathroom with washbasin and WC.
The floors are covered with wooden parquet.

The small balcony in front accommodates a round table and two chairs, and offers a very beautiful view of the old village and the mountains to the south of the lake.
Steep internal staircase, not suitable for very old or disabled people. Very young children require active and responsible parental supervision.

In a very quiet hamlet and close to shops on foot or by car.
Please note that parking spaces in the center of the village are subject to charges.

We provide you for the departure of your rental: shower gel - shampoo - soap - toilet paper - coffee capsules - tea - dishwasher tablets.
You can enjoy a nice view of the mountains.

Pretty mountain walks are accessible from the village or a few tens of minutes by car (Col de la Forclaz, Roc de Cher, Angon waterfall, Dents de Lanfon, La Tournette, etc.).< br />
You will be 20 minutes by car from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva.
A bus stop is located 100 meters from the house providing access to the stations of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, or a line providing access to Annecy.

For water sports, you will be a few minutes walk from the paddle and pedal boat rentals, the water ski club and the sailing club.
We will be available throughout your stay, we also offer catering services, outdoor activities, cleaning during your stay, laundry, etc…
