You're only at 5 mn by car from the lake, 30 min from the ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand.
On the hills of Talloires and at 5 minutes from the village and the lake.
The house offers greats spaces ( 170 m2 ), a private garden, a terrace and a garden.
All the bedrooms are furnished with double beds except one with 3 single beds.

We are discreet people but we stay available during all your stay.

It’s the country side of the lake of Annecy, it’s calm, peaceful…

It’s a very good place for people who are looking for quietude and enjoy great open spaces because you find yourself literally at the foot of mountains which is known like: The Tournette, The Dents de Lanfon, The Lanfonnet.
