Stunning apartment in the hills above Talloires-Montmin, perfect for a restful family holiday. Just a short walk from restaurants such as La Pricaz and L’Edelweiss, with breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and the mountains, and paragliding and microlight launch sites and the Montmin ski resort close by.

This rental is just a 15-minute drive away from Lake Annecy, lakeside beaches and a number of shops. The terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy some peace and quiet. Sheets and towels are provided.

Please note that this property is at an altitude of 1,000 metres and the only way to reach it is by car. We make sure your stay gets off to a great start by providing shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, coffee capsules, tea and dishwasher tablets. You are sure to succumb to the charms of this stylishly decorated chalet close to the banks of Lake Annecy. On the banks of Lake Annecy and at the foot of the Tournette mountains and the Roc de Chère nature reserve. There are a number of restaurants nearby, including La Pricaz, L'Edelweiss, Abbaye de Talloires, Auberge du Père Bise, Aquarama and Cottage. Talloires Abbey, the Ermitage de Saint-Germain church and the Angon waterfall are all must-sees.
