Villa Sunset boasts a breathtaking 180-degree view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. On the heights of Veyrier du Lac, you’ll love lounging by its infinity pool and enjoying the magnificent sunset over the Bay of Annecy.

With several terraces to choose from, you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy an aperitif in the sheltered outdoor lounge. A barbecue is available and a petanque court completes the 1700m2 estate.

Spacious 200m2 house with a modern design and no facing building, very comfortable facilities (160 cm beds, air conditioning, large awning on the terrace, parking spaces inside the property, etc.) and the layout of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have private bathrooms, allows everyone to keep their privacy. A large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen completes this property.
