Article 2 – Scope of Application
These general terms of use of the Platform (hereinafter “General Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to any access and use of the Company’s Platform by consumer customers (hereinafter “the Traveler(s)”).
The Traveler must read them before using and making any booking on the Platform.
The Traveler declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms by checking the appropriate box when making a booking on the Platform.
Article 3 – Role of the Platform
The Platform enables Travelers to book accommodations online, offered by private or professional owners (hereinafter “the Owners”), as well as concierge services provided by the Company.
The Company drafts and publishes accommodation listings, facilitates their booking on the Platform, and collects the reservation fees on behalf of the Owners.
The Company also offers concierge services, which may include directly providing services to Travelers.
It is expressly stated that the Company does not offer package tours or linked travel services as defined by Articles L. 211-1 and following of the French Tourism Code.
Article 4 – Presentation of the Platform
4.1. Access to the Platform
The Platform is freely accessible to Travelers with an internet connection. All costs associated with accessing the Platform are exclusively borne by the Traveler, who is solely responsible for the proper functioning of their IT equipment and internet connection.
4.2. Availability of the Platform
The Company strives to provide the Traveler with 24/7 access to the Platform, except in cases of force majeure and subject to the following conditions.
The Company may, at any time, without liability:
Suspend, interrupt, or limit access to all or part of the Platform, or reserve access to certain parts of the Platform to specific categories of Travelers;
Remove any information that may disrupt its operation or violate national or international laws;
Suspend or limit access to the Platform for updates.
The Company bears no responsibility for the inability to access the Platform due to force majeure (as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code) or events beyond its control (e.g., Traveler’s equipment failure, technical issues, internet disruptions).
The Traveler acknowledges that the Company’s obligation regarding Platform availability is a best-effort obligation.
Article 5 – Selection and Booking of Accommodations
5.1. Accommodation Features
The features of each accommodation are described on the Platform. Each listing includes a detailed description specifying its specific conditions.
The Company’s customer service is available to Travelers via email or phone for any necessary advice. However, Travelers are solely responsible for their booking choices.
5.2. Accommodation Availability
Bookings are subject to the availability of accommodations as provided by their respective Owners. Availability information is updated in real-time on the Platform.
5.3. Online Booking
Only the Owner of the reserved accommodation is the Traveler’s contractual partner. The Company acts solely as an intermediary facilitating online booking and payment.
A booking is confirmed by the Traveler via the “double-click” process, which constitutes an electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature.
Booking Process:
Browse the accommodations listed on the Platform.
Select an accommodation and add it to the cart.
For any difficulties or inquiries, contact the Company’s customer service via the contact form, phone, or email.
Before confirming the booking, review the cart contents and total price, correct any errors, and validate the booking (1st click).
Accept the General Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Confirm the booking (2nd click).
You will be redirected to a secure payment platform.
Proceed with payment.
Receive a booking confirmation email.
5.4. Booking Confirmation
The booking confirmation constitutes the Traveler’s definitive acceptance of the accommodation’s price and features.
5.5. Transaction Evidence
Computerized records maintained in the Company’s IT systems under reasonable security conditions serve as proof of communications, bookings, and payments made via the Platform.
5.6. Cancellation and Modification of Bookings
Subject to specific cancellation or modification conditions listed in each accommodation’s description, the following cancellation conditions apply:
If the Traveler cancels within 48 hours of booking confirmation and at least 14 days before arrival, they receive a full refund.
If canceled more than 7 days before arrival (except force majeure), the Traveler is charged 50% of the booking amount.
If canceled less than 7 days before arrival (except force majeure), the full booking amount is retained.
If an Owner cancels a booking (except force majeure), the Traveler’s deposit is refunded within thirty (30) days.
Article 6 – Concierge Services
6.1. Description of Services
The Company offers various concierge services, including:
Cleaning;
Laundry and dry cleaning;
Guest check-in and key handover;
Key collection at the end of the booking;
Welcome kits (soap, shower gel, shampoo, coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, etc.).
6.2. Ordering Services
Cleaning and laundry services are provided for every booking on the Platform. Prices are indicated on each accommodation’s page.
Other concierge services can be ordered directly from the Company at any time.
